Don’t Confuse Circumstances with Destiny

Circumstances can be good one day and the next day you can run out of gas, forget to be at a meeting, get in an argument with your loved ones or friends…. And the day seems to go in a direction you don’t want to go! Destiny is the big picture. You want to be a great mom, or a good wife, a successful business person. So you put your time and energy into being successful in those areas.

God says in Psalm 37:3,4,5 trust in the Lord and do good (do good to your family, your friends, your co workers) dwell in the land and enjoy his faithfulness, Delight yourself also in the Lord,
And He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord, (I loved this part of the scripture when I was changing diapers for our kids during the baby season!)
Trust also in Him,
And He shall bring it to pass.

NIV Bible

Circumstances can be caused by other people, situations and they can often be beyond our control. Don’t lose heart on rough days. Remind yourself what God says- “I have loved you with an everlasting love.” Jeremiah 31:3
